Mazda MX5 NA convertible top cover PVC black with rain gutters (looks like NC)

Brief overview

Material:
The used fabric is newest PVC with a leather look. This corresponds to the currently valid German automobile quality.

The rear of this cover consists of only one part with a rear window that is welded to the cover. The cross seam is naturally sealingly welded. This is why the cover is a good and reasonable alternative to the more pricy versions.

Production:

Industrial processing. The PVC is cut to the millimeter using computer technology and afterwards processed off the shelf using sewing and welding technologies.

The plastic attachments (just like the original) and prepunched screwholoes complete this convertible top cover. This guarantees the perfect fit and waterproofness even after years.

Quality level 1

This cover is produced using the original cutting pattern. The edging strip is thinner than usual aqnd therefore produced simpler.

Quality level 2

This cover is also produced using the original cutting pattern and the edging strip is firmer than in the Q1 version.

Quality level 3

This cover is also produced using the original cutting pattern. The fabric is a development of the original Sonnenlandstoff. The cover is sewn and welded twice to ensure the detain of wind noises and the leaking in of humidity. Available colours include dark blue, red, dark green, grey, dark beige and light beige. More colours such as Aigner red are available on request. On a good convertible top cover, lateral seams are sewn and welded twice.

Quality level 4

Additionally to the Q3 version, this cover has a lateral application seam that was welded back in the days due to cost-effectiveness. We only offer this cover in black and dark blue.
